• The stated prices are per person per day.
• The Province of South Tyrol charges a tourist tax of €3.60 per person per day. Children under the age of 14 are exempt.
• A 10% surcharge applies to summer stays of fewer than 4 nights.

You can pay your bill at the end of your stay by credit card, Visa, Mastercard or in cash on site. Unfortunately, we cannot accept cheques or bank transfers. Please also note that as of 1 January 2023, cash amounts exceeding €4,999.99 are no longer allowed in Italy.

Your room will be available from 2 pm on the day of arrival. If your arrival is delayed later than 8 pm, please let us know. Please vacate your room by 11 am on the day of departure.

• For the 3rd and 4th extra bed, we charge €100 per person per night in winter and €65 per person per night in summer.
• Children aged 0 to 2 stay free of charge.
• Early booking benefit: Book your summer stay by 31 March and receive a 7% discount. The discount applies exclusively to direct bookings and stays of at least 4 nights. It cannot be combined with other discounts or offers.
• Long-stay benefit: Receive a 7% discount on summer stays of at least 7 nights. The discount applies exclusively to direct bookings and cannot be combined with other discounts or offers.

• Garage parking space: € 20.00 per day in winter, € 15.00 per day in summer.
• Dogs are welcome in the summer season at an additional cost of €35.00 per day. Please state when booking that your four-legged friend is coming with you on holiday.

The reservation is only binding once you have paid a deposit. You can do this by credit card (Visa, Master Card) or bank transfer.

• Reservation confirmed with a 30% non-refundable deposit.
• Cancellations between 30 and 14 days prior to arrival: 80% of the total amount will be charged.
• Cancellations after 14 days, early departures or no-shows: 100% of the total amount will be charged.
