Everything you need to know

All our prices are per person per day and include half board, excluding the local tourist tax of €3.60 per day for each guest aged over 14. During the summer, a 10% surcharge applies to stays of fewer than four nights. The third and fourth extra beds cost €120 per person per night in winter and €65 per person per night in summer.

Your reservation becomes binding once a deposit of 30% of the booking price has been paid. You can pay by credit card (Visa or Mastercard) or bank transfer.

You can settle your bill at the hotel at the end of your stay by credit card (Visa or Mastercard) or in cash. Unfortunately, we cannot accept cheques or bank transfers for final payment.  Please note that the cash payment limit in Italy is €4,999.99.

On the day of arrival, your room will be ready from 14.00. Should you arrive after 20.00, please let us know. We kindly ask you to vacate your room by 10.00 on the day of departure.

During the summer season, you’re welcome to bring your dog for an additional charge of €35 per day. Please let us know when booking if you plan to bring your dog. Unfortunately, pets are not permitted during the winter season.

- Early booking discount: Book your summer stay by 31 March and enjoy a 7% early booking discount. Valid for direct bookings only and a minimum stay of four nights. Cannot be combined with other discounts or offers.

- Long-stay benefit: For a summer stay of 7 nights or more, you will receive a 7 % discount. Only valid for direct bookings and not combinable with other discounts or offers.

- Children aged 0 to 2 stay free of charge.

The 30% deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations between 30 and 14 days before arrival will be charged at 80% of the total amount . Cancellations less than 14 days before arrival, early departures or no-shows will be charged at 100% of the total amount.
We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance to protect yourself against unexpected costs should your plans change.
