The very best of South Tyrol
Our cuisine proudly reflects its South Tyrolean roots. Innovative combinations, creative presentation and Mediterranean and international influences add variety to the menu. The secret to every successful dish, however, lies in carefully selected, high-quality ingredients, sourced from the local area wherever possible.
Three delicious meals a day
Join us for breakfast from 7.30 to 10 am to fuel up for the day ahead. Between 15.30 and 17:00, our afternoon snack awaits, with delicious cakes, juices and snacks to help you recharge after a hike or ski tour. The highlight of your culinary day is our four-course evening menu, with a choice of dishes, accompanied by fresh salads and starters from the buffet.

Choosing a vegetarian or vegan diet is a conscious decision, but it certainly doesn’t mean missing out on delicious food. Simply let us know when booking if you follow a vegetarian or vegan diet, and our kitchen team will prepare suitable dishes that are every bit as delicious and beautifully presented as those on our regular menu.
We’ll cater to your needs
Do you have a lactose, gluten or other intolerance? Please let us know well in advance when booking, and we’ll do our best to put together a suitable menu for you. At breakfast, you’ll also find a dedicated corner stocked with gluten-free products, available to all our guests.
Something for everyone
Although Boutique Hotel Fil da Mont isn’t specifically a family hotel, we’re delighted to welcome guests of all generations. To make sure everyone leaves the table happy, we offer a special children’s menu featuring a varied selection of tasty dishes for our youngest guests. And of course, children are welcome to try something from our adult menu, too.
